Job description

We're looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with AWS expertise to support our development teams and streamline infrastructure operations. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth CI/CD workflows, infrastructure reliability, and secure deployments across our cloud systems. You'll work closely with U.S. clients and our in-house product teams to maintain and enhance performance, scalability, and security.

What You’ll Work On

Design, build, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.)

Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CodePipeline

Monitor system health and optimize performance using tools like CloudWatch, Datadog, or Prometheus

Collaborate with developers to containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate with ECS or Kubernetes

Set up infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation

Ensure robust security practices including IAM policies, VPCs, encryption, and automated backups

Troubleshoot production issues and participate in on-call rotations when needed

Requirements

Solid hands-on experience with AWS services and Linux-based systems

Proficiency in Bash scripting and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or CloudFormation)

Familiarity with Docker, container orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines

Strong troubleshooting and systems thinking skills

Good understanding of networking concepts and cloud security best practices

Proficient in English with strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Kubernetes (EKS or self-hosted)

Exposure to monitoring stacks like ELK, Prometheus, or Grafana

Familiarity with serverless architectures and API Gateway/Lambda

Prior experience working remotely with distributed teams
