Job summary

Xendit is seeking an API-focused Product Manager to own the developer journey from first API call to production. You will partner with Engineering to shape API design and DX standards, crafting an end-to-end developer experience across docs, SDKs, and sandbox.

You will drive activation and retention metrics, translating platform changes into clear developer-facing improvements and working closely with cross-functional partners to ship high-quality DX features.

Qualifications

• PM experience with API, platform, or developer-facing products.
• Genuine technical fluency; able to read API docs and discuss schemas, auth, and webhooks.
• Demonstrated empathy for developer workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the developer experience roadmap including API, SDKs, docs, sandbox, and first-call success metrics.
• Drive developer activation and retention from sign-up to production transactions.
• Collaborate with Engineering on API design and DX standards and translate changes into developer-facing experiences.
