Provide L1 and L2 support of end user technology including Windows desktop, Office / M365, Azure / AD / SharePoint / Exchange administration etc.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Communicate with internal team or clients through a series of actions over the phone/email/teams, to help set up systems or resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
Maintain hardware and software inventory.
Promote best practices to users regarding equipment care and security.
Ticket creation and documentation of the incident resolution.
Work with hardware/software vendors to resolve issues.
[BONUS] Provide accounting software application support for resolution of problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries raised by clients.

Preferably Entry Level specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
Strong technical knowledge of Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office, Synology NAS, IT security best practices.
General technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Microsoft AD, Acronis.
Experience in providing desktop, application and network support to ensure smooth and effective delivery of IT services.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Candidate with accounting knowledge will be an added advantage.
Able to communicate in English fluently (Written & Spoken).
