Job Description

• Managing a team of designers to ensure they meet the desired results.
• Documenting workflows and user flows, creating wireframes, and building user interfaces.
• Optimize user interface design creatively.
• Collaborate and support UI/UX Designers across various products and projects.
• Facilitate the research carried out.
• Present work results to other teams and stakeholders.
• Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
• Adhere to the branding and new to Micron.
• Create wireframes or prototypes.
• Understand the needs of users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design, Digital Arts & Design or any related field.
• 7+ years of experience working in UX/UI or Product teams in technology-focused industries.
• Experience with design and prototyping software.
• Excellent organizational skills in defining, delivering, and documenting project items.
• Understanding of code languages such as HTML, CSS & JavaScript, React.
• Design Sprint Experience.
