PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is seeking a Design Support Analyst to join our Jakarta team. This entry-level role supports design and engineering by preparing, updating, and reviewing AutoCAD drawings and project documentation.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, or related field, a minimum 3.0 GPA, and a collaborative, proactive mindset. WFO in Jakarta with a focus on quality and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Assist design and engineering team in preparing, developing, and updating technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Support the preparation and revision of design layouts, technical drawings, and project documentation.
• Review drawings and design documents to ensure accuracy and completeness based on project requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect design information and ensure timely completion of drawing revisions.
• Maintain and organize design files, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Provide administrative and technical support to the design team as required.

Requirements

Fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum GPA of 3.00 (maximum 1 year of working experience).

Proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with technical drawings.

Good understanding of technical drawings and design documentation.

Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
