• Portfolio demonstrating design excellence and problem-solving skills.

Job description

This position is responsible for engineering research on new or existing products according to the design concept, ensuring product quality, strength, and durability based on the Engineering Design Process (EDP) phase.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma, preferably Bachelor's degree in Design Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in Design Engineering or R&D Engineering
• Strong understanding of design validation through both quantitative and qualitative research in the EDP phase
• Basic Engineering knowledge, strong technical knowledge, and proficiency in technical drawing, especially GD&T
• Preferably knowledge of DFMEA and manufacturing processes, especially metal
• Good knowledge of DFM and DFA
• Experience with CAE, especially FEA
• Portfolio demonstrating design excellence and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work in Bandung
