Sales Manager - Channel

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to design promotional strategies aligned with the sales strategy. You will ensure the planning and timely execution of promotional activities with appropriate technical content for the target audience. You will also lead, develop, and coach the Technical Design and Promotions team proactively, ensuring a high level of technical knowledge. The work model for this role is: #hybrid. This position contributes to the Electrification Smart Building in Jakarta, Indonesia. Your main responsibilities include:

• Aligning promotional strategies and activity plans with sales strategies and plans.
• Supporting the Sales organization by providing timely, quality technical support and training to the target audience, resulting in high customer satisfaction.
• Creating business opportunities by supporting and fostering collaborations with key decision-makers within buying and non-buying segments.
• Supporting customers, particularly consultants, engineering firms, and architect offices, in project development and technical problem-solving.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in design, engineering, and consulting, especially in electrical systems sectors.
• Experience in client-facing roles, providing technical consulting, guidance, and design solutions.
• Proven leadership in people management, mentoring, and team development.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with specialized consultants in electrical design, automation, and system integration.
• Strong experience with establishing and maintaining relationships with contractors responsible for design and installation.
