Overview

To organize the security operation by coordinating, monitoring and controlling security operations and security personnel with responsibility for full-time protection and security for the specific operational area with the prime objective of protecting the people, assets, personnel, information.

Core Responsibilities
  • Identify and protect company assets through the development and implementation of security protocols
  • Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures
  • Make sure that staff follow security procedures and guidelines through training programs and assessments
  • Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses
  • Train and supervise security officers and guards
  • Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
  • Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
  • Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies
  • Review reports on incidents and breaches
  • Investigate and resolve issues
  • Create reports for management on security status
Requirements
