Job summary

PT. LiuGong Machinery Indonesia is seeking a Deputy Plant Head/Deputy Plant Manager for a heavy equipment mining project.

You will set up, execute and monitor the project, ensuring contractual satisfaction and directing resources to meet company targets. Key responsibilities include cost/resource allocation, safety integration, and stakeholder engagement, with emphasis on project planning, performance evaluation, and leadership of staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering or a related field; Master degree advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years in Project Manager or Operations Manager, preferably in dealers and automotive.
• Experience supervising and managing professional staff.
• Knowledge of CSA/ project related processes, planning, performance & evaluation.
• Certification in Project Management Professional and Leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, execute and monitor mining project; provide recommendations to CSA section head.
• Ensure contracts for products and services meet customer target requirements.
• Clarify project scope, secure resources, plan and monitor activities.
• Manage costs and resources to include safety in project scope.
• Drive project plan, execution and stakeholder engagement.
