Role Summary

Responsible for marketing plan / concepts, working with all the departments eg. Artist and Repertoire, Artist Management, Finance and sales, developed marketing strategies and plans and observe or research the trend of the music industry to apply on the marketing strategy to make the promotion strategy success, executed well and analyse / evaluate it.

About the role
  • Develop and manage campaign assets, presentation decks, timelines, deliverables
  • Assist Marketing Manager in creating marketing plans for Domestic Artists releases/campaigns
  • Manage and communicate campaign status to cross functional teams
  • Manage P&L per artist/ project and make sure execute the budget effectiveness
  • Manage promotions for the artists in digital and non digital media, both online and on the ground activities
  • Deal with media / agency for marketing strategic
  • Make sure all the marketing plans executed and documented
  • Analyse market trends to provide insights for better marketing decisions
  • Evaluation the project / campaign
Desirable Traits:
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Music Business, or equivalent
  • Preferably Marketing experience up to 2 years
  • Possess good analytical skills, problem solving, team player, entrepreneurship
  • Strong verbal and written English communications skills.
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment while meeting critical deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, plus the ability to quickly learn and work with the new systems and software
  • Have a strong drive to learn new thing
  • Good attitude and integrity is a must
