Job description

Established in Jakarta in 2023, PT Delonix Group Indonesia is a subsidiary of Delonix Group - China. Delonix Group is a global investment and tourism group focusing on offline consumer sectors such as hotels, restaurants, and airport lounges. The group's portfolio includes over 1,600 hotels worldwide, with more than 245,000 rooms.

Job Descriptions :
  1. Support the overall strategic management of the hotel by establishing effective relationships with senior colleagues, including the GM and Corporate Leader.
  2. Lead and coordinate the pre-opening and operational phases of the hotel project, working closely with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to meet deadlines and stay within budget.
  3. Assist the interim GM in recruiting and hiring key personnel, including department heads and staff, and coordinate training programs.
  4. Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to generate awareness and attract guests, collaborating with the marketing team on campaigns.
  5. Supervise departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, Engineering, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Recreation, and Food Safety.
  6. Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with brand standards and guest expectations.
  7. Enhance guest experience through special events, amenities, and personalized services, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
  8. Coordinate with IT teams to implement hotel management systems such as reservation and point-of-sale systems.
  9. Ensure health and safety protocols are followed and staff are trained for emergencies.
Requirements :
  1. Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business, or Marketing.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of hotel management experience.
  3. Strong leadership skills.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Problem-solving skills and ability to manage unexpected situations.
  6. Passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
