Job description

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Engineering/Logistics or any related fields with minimal GPA 3.00
  2. Experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations in FMCG or similar fast-paced industries minimum 5 years in Senior Manager level
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
  4. Expertise in supplier risk management & supplier development, compliance, quality systems, sustainability, quality assurance & continuous improvement, sustainability & ethical sourcing
  5. Strong understanding of ERP systems and data analytics tools for performance tracking
  6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise effectively with various departments

Job Description:

  1. Direct, coordinate, and evaluate all activities related to fulfilling demands based on production capacity, stock, delivery time, and resources to improve SLA (Service Level Agreement) for customers
  2. Responsible for overseeing and managing the entire supply chain process, from sourcing to logistics and distribution
  3. Developing and implementing supply chain strategies to meet business objectives
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
  5. Overseeing inventory levels, storage, and distribution to ensure that products are available when needed
  6. Managing transportation and logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products
  7. Identifying and mitigating risks in the supply chain, such as supply disruptions, quality issues, and regulatory compliance
  8. Working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective supply chain management
  9. Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement
  10. Implementing and managing supply chain technology and systems, such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) and transportation management systems (TMS)
  11. Plan and create the use of budget planning for the supply chain
