Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related fields. Professional certifications are a plus.
2. Minimum 20 years of experience in the mining industry, with at least 10 years in executive or senior leadership roles.
3. Strong background in both operational and strategic aspects of mining, including exploration, production, and site development.
