Job summary

A leading mining contractor company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a qualified GA Manager to oversee operations and budget management. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Civil or Industrial Engineering, and at least 3 years of experience in a managerial role within a mining or similar industry. Responsibilities include contract compliance, team performance monitoring, and effective asset management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as GA Manager in Mining Company or 5 years in other companies.
• More than 5 years experience as GA Superintendent/Jr. Manager/Assistant Manager/Senior Supervisor.
• Good understanding of Office & Building Management or Transportation Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage goods/services and maintenance of assets & properties to support operations.
• Plan, manage, and control the department’s budget in line with business strategy.
• Ensure contracts/tenders comply with company standards.
• Plan manpower needs and develop team capabilities.

Promote PDCA implementation and continuous improvement in daily operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Bachelor degree in any major, but preferably from Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering.

Minimum 3 years of experience as GA Manager in Mining Company, or 5 years of experience as GA Manager in other company, or more than 5 years of experience as GA Superintendent/Jr. Manager/Assistant Manager/Senior Supervisor.

Having a good understanding of Office & Building Management or Transportation Management.
