Job description

As a Demo Specialist, you will be the frontliner in showcasing the value and capabilities of our solutions to prospective clients and internal stakeholders. With a background in Business Analysis, you not only understand business needs and workflows, but also excel at translating them into engaging, clear, and impactful product demonstrations and presentations.

This role combines strong analytical skills to understand client pain points with outstanding communication and presentation skills to deliver compelling demos that support sales opportunities. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure that every demo is accurate, relevant, and tailored to client needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Understand client business needs through discovery sessions or insights from Business Analysts.
  • Design and deliver interactive product demos and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Customize demo scenarios to align with industry, business processes, and client pain points.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure demos are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Gather client feedback during and after demos, and provide input to internal teams for product improvements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert during client engagements, representing product knowledge confidently.
  • Support the pre-sales process by bridging business requirements with technology solutions.
