Job Description:

1. Communicate and assist the Chef De Partie and all team members to complete daily tasks.
2. Ensure Disney Cruise Line and USPH Sanitation requirements are met in his/her area of responsibility.
3. Assist the Chef De Partie to ensure established food quality standards during storage, production, and service as per standard operating procedures.
4. Ensure preparation and presentation of all products on the restaurant’s menus.
5. Monitor and ensure opening and closing procedures for all kitchens and production areas, ensuring follow-through with Cooks and Stewards.
6. Report malfunctioning equipment.
