The Opportunity

The B2B Marketing team at Agoda is seeking a Demand Generation Manager/Associate Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through innovative, data-driven marketing strategies. This role will focus on developing and executing multi-channel campaigns, collaborating across teams, and optimizing performance to support Agoda’s growth in the travel industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement demand generation strategies to achieve revenue objectives, including email marketing, SEO, social media, webinars, and content marketing.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including copywriting, design coordination, and analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, BD, and product marketing) to align campaigns with broader business objectives.
  • Create and manage marketing collateral, including white papers, case studies, infographics, and sales enablement materials.
  • Execute digital audience development campaigns to build awareness, drive traffic, and grow Agoda’s database.
  • Scale growth across social media platforms, focusing on targeted, engaged audiences.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, and CRM platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and emerging distribution channels to innovate demand generation efforts.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • 4+ years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or a related field, ideally in travel or e-commerce.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce) and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Hands-on experience with paid digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, and audience development strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in creating compelling marketing content.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of executing strategies for diverse audiences & products.
  • Knowledge of webinar platforms and content management systems is a plus.
