Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Delivery Business Systems Analyst located in Flex Batam.

Delivery Business Systems Analyst role is responsible for analyzing complex business problems to solve them with automated systems. The role includes designing details for automated systems to enhance their efficiency. It involves supporting the IT system development projects team, administering, and maintaining the organization’s information systems to ensure reliable operation aligned with user needs.

What a typical day looks like:

1. Determine required improvements on systems and supervise their correct implementation to meet customer requirements.
2. Support customer applications.
3. Analyze new requirements.
4. Supervise staff on methods and procedures for new assignments.
5. Write functional and technical specifications for developers.
6. Analyze, define, and document system requirements including data, workflow, logical processes, hardware, interfaces, checks, controls, and outputs.
7. Assess feasibility, cost, time, compatibility, and computer capabilities.
8. Support customer applications.
9. Contribute to the development of company objectives and principles creatively and effectively.
10. Verify newly developed processes.
11. Develop reports based on user requests.
12. Work on complex issues requiring in-depth analysis of situations or data.
13. Implement HR strategies to recruit and retain a qualified, motivated workforce.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
