Qualifications

• Memiliki pemahaman konsep SDLC (Waterfall/Agile) dan ITIL terkhusus Incident & Problem Management.
• Memiliki pemahaman yang baik mengenai database dan dasar pemrograman.
• Memiliki kemampuan analitis, troubleshooting, dan problem solving yang baik.
• Mampu melakukan database monitoring, health check, troubleshooting, dan performance analysis.
• Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Melakukan pengecekan kesehatan database, memonitor ketersediaan, status database, dan replikasi.
• Troubleshooting, tuning, pemeliharaan preventive & corrective database.
• Melakukan RCA terhadap insiden dan masalah.
• Dukung kegiatan perubahan, upgrade, migrasi, dan DRP.
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal, vendor, dan pihak terkait dalam penyelesaian insiden/ masalah.
• Memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan performa, ketersediaan, dan reliabilitas database.
• Menyusun laporan event, insiden, masalah, dan tren operasional.
• Mendukung kebutuhan audit terkait database dan IT Operations.

• Melakukan database health check, monitoring availability, status database, dan replication.
• Melakukan troubleshooting, tuning, preventive & corrective maintenance database.
• Melakukan Root Cause Analysis (RCA) terhadap incident dan problem.
• Mendukung kegiatan change, upgrade, migration, enhancement, dan Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP).
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal, vendor, dan pihak terkait dalam penyelesaian incident/problem.
• Memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan performance, availability, dan reliability database.
• Menyusun laporan event, incident, problem, dan operational trends.
• Mendukung kebutuhan audit internal maupun eksternal terkait database dan IT Operations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimal S1 jurusan terkait IT: Teknik Komputer, Manajemen Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Sistem Komputer, Teknologi Informasi, atau bidang terkait.
• Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman dalam application support, troubleshooting aplikasi, database support, IT Support, atau posisi terkait.
• Memahami konsep SDLC (Waterfall/Agile) dan ITIL, khususnya Incident & Problem Management.
• Memiliki pemahaman yang baik mengenai database dan dasar-dasar bahasa pemrograman.
• Memiliki kemampuan analytical thinking, troubleshooting, dan problem solving yang baik.
• Mampu melakukan database monitoring, health check, troubleshooting, dan performance analysis.
• Memahami Root Cause Analysis (RCA) serta preventive dan corrective maintenance.
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, interpersonal, dan teamwork yang baik.
