Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Technology, or a related field of study.
• Deep understanding of MS SQL Server including Advance Querying, Database Mirroring, AlwaysOn (AAG), Log Shipping, Replication etc.
• At least 2 years of working experience in maintaining & troubleshooting User Management, Performance Issues, Indexing, SQL Agent, Linked Server, and Backup/Restore activity.
• Familiarity with database design, documentation, and coding.
• Familiarity with programming languages API.
• Hands-on experience with database standards and end-user applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage database changes and re-designs.
• Provide support to resolve customer complaints.
• Analyze root causes and resolutions for assigned problems.
• Review incident resolutions to ensure appropriateness.
• Drive automation of code.
• Monitor database performance for security and speed.
• Proactively learn and utilize new technologies as needed.

Review resolution for incident and problem to ensure the resolution are appropriate, comprehensive, and feasible

Drive automation of code

Monitor database performance to ensure high levels of security and speed

Proactively learn and utilize new technologies, concepts and procedures as appropriate to customer requirements.

Minimum Qualifications
