Job summary

PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk is seeking a senior Data Analyst/MIS Production Support professional to ensure smooth operation of the production environment and data warehouse. You will troubleshoot complex EOD/EOM DWH processes and provide ongoing production support for BI and data warehousing systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.

The role favors candidates with extensive SQL experience, MS SQL Server, and hands-on ETL tooling (MS SSIS, Talend).

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics or MIS production support roles.
• Experience maintaining data warehouses and tuning performance for BI systems.
• Strong SQL design and complex queries.
• Experience with ETL tools (MS SSIS, Talend).
• Knowledge of BI tools and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience in multi-finance or banking domain preferred.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support production environment and users.
• Troubleshoot and fix end-of-day and end-of-month DWH processes.
• Provide support for and manage the production area and data warehouse.
