Data Specialist

Workbase: South Jakarta (open to business trip around Java island)

Job Description:

1. Collect, analyze, and report ST/SO/POS data for all Java island regions.
2. Filter and manage Java regional data submissions for branding, LDU, and retailer-related tasks.
3. Assist in the internal approval process for Java area submissions.
4. Manage promotor data based on operational KPIs, including salary data validation and performance checks.
5. Support ad-hoc data analysis tasks and ensure timely delivery of accurate data.

Requirements:

1. Experience with handphone-related industry data management and analysis.
2. Basic English proficiency is acceptable.
3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data handling, formulas, and reporting).
4. Patient, detail-oriented, and able to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy.
5. Willingness and flexibility to travel for business trips across Java Island.
