- Machine Learning & Deep Learning: Build, validate, and deploy ML/DL models to address business challenges and enhance decision-making capabilities.
- Data Mining & Statistical Analysis: Apply advanced statistical techniques, data mining, and mathematical analysis to extract actionable insights and drive strategic planning.
- Pattern Recognition & Predictive Modeling: Design systems for identifying patterns and forecasting trends to improve operational efficiency.
- Statistical Innovation: Develop new statistical models to support complex analytical tasks.
- Data Governance: Define and uphold standards for data quality, integrity, and security across the organization.

The Successful Applicant
- Demonstrated expertise in data modeling, database architecture, and performance optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of statistical methodologies and data mining techniques, with practical application in business environments.
- Skilled in developing and deploying pattern recognition systems and predictive analytics models.
- Proficient in machine learning and deep learning frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong coding abilities in languages such as Python, R, and Java.
- Hands-on experience with big data ecosystems (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-centric approach.
- Strong critical thinking capabilities and a mindset focused on data-driven decision-making.
- Comfortable operating in dynamic, research-driven environments managing multiple projects.
- Able to communicate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degrees (Master's or PhD) are highly desirable.
