Data Scientist Manager

What you do

• Research, design, implement and validate cutting-edge algorithms to analyze diverse sources of data to achieve targeted outcomes.
• Provide insight into leading analytic practices, design and lead iterative learning and development cycles, and ultimately produce new and creative analytic solutions that will become part of our core deliverables.
• Provide expertise on mathematical concepts for the broader applied analytics team and inspire the adoption of advanced analytics and data science across the entire breadth of organization.

What you bring

• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Bachelor's degree in statistics, applied mathematics, or related discipline;
• Proficiency with data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis;
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, SQL, and programming languages (i.e., Hadoop, MapReduce or other big data frameworks, Java) and statistical modeling (SAS, R, and Phyton);
• Experience with statistical analysis, quantitative analytics, forecasting/predictive analytics, multivariate testing and optimization algorithms;
• Comfort working in a dynamic, research-oriented group with several ongoing concurrent project
