Job Description

  • Develop, validate, and monitor credit risk models and credit scoring algorithms using statistical and machine learning techniques.
  • Analyze customer behavior, repayment patterns, and portfolio performance to identify risk trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product, risk, and engineering teams to integrate scoring models into lending platforms.
  • Design and implement data pipelines and feature engineering processes for model development.
  • Conduct stress testing, scenario analysis, and model performance tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal risk policies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in credit risk analytics, credit scoring, or financial modeling.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
