Wego, a leading travel tech company, is expanding its Data Analytics & Data Science team. The role focuses on building statistical and causal models to guide pricing, bidding and conversion decisions across the metasearch marketplace and travel products.

You will own the statistical reasoning, validation and interpretation, partnering with engineers to productionize models and monitor performance, while aligning with stakeholders on expected impact and success criteria.

Formación

• 3–8 years of experience in data science or statistics.
• Hands-on causal inference and experimental design.
• Experience deploying models with engineers.
• SQL and Python proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Design and run experiments to measure price, bidding and conversion effects.
• Build calibrated probability models for production use.
• Estimate price response and tradeoffs to guide pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with engineers to ship models and monitor performance.
• Explain uncertainty and behavior across segments to product teams.
• Document model assumptions, limitations and validation results.
