Job summary

PT Adicipta Inovasi Teknologi is seeking a Data Migration Specialist to lead client data extraction, mapping, and validation. You will coordinate with client IT, document processes, and ensure data integrity throughout migration.

Role requires strong SQL skills, experience with PostgreSQL/SQL Server, and familiarity with ETL tools. On-site travel and occasional weekend work are expected to support project go-lives.

Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL for data extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or equivalent).
• Ability to read and produce technical data documentation (Data Mapping, Data Dictionary, ERD).
• Familiarity with ETL tools (SSIS or equivalent).
• Basic scripting ability (Python or Shell Script).
• Understanding of multifinance business processes (debt data, instalment, collateral, and accounting entries).
• Knowledge of OJK reporting requirements (SLIK, monthly OJK reports).
• Detail oriented and structured; strong analytical problem solving.
• Able to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintains confidentiality of client data; willing to travel and on-site; weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data migration meetings with client to explain process.
• Prepare Data Dictionary with table structures, data volume, formats, quality.
• Identify data in scope and data to be excluded.
• Define reconciliation items with client.
• Extract data from legacy system per scope and schedule.
• Coordinate with client IT for data access.
• Document extraction method and ensure data integrity.
• Transform data per Data Mapping Document and align codes.
• Cleanse data of duplicates and inconsistencies.
• Prepare and execute validation scripts for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare production migration plan with steps, time estimates, rollback.
• Execute data migration in production as per go-live.
• Perform post-migration checks before go-live operations.
• Resolve data migration issues.
