Job Description

• Manage the Data team and Business Intelligence to deliver insights for decision-making
• Create and execute a data strategy that aligns with company goals
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance organization-wide
• Review and streamline processes within the Data team and across departments for efficiency
• Set and track KPIs for the Data team and operational processes
• Set up checkpoints and review steps to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Manage internal data initiatives to optimize performance and reporting

The Successful Applicant

• Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Modeling, Big Data, Data Warehousing, BI technology, Advanced Analytics, Real-Time/ Near-Real-Time Analytics, and Data Science.
• Skilled in advanced analytics and data science tools, including statistical modeling, R, GCP Platform (Vertex AI, Auto ML, BigQuery ML, TensorFlow, Cloud TPUs, AI Platform), Jupyter Notebook, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and more.
• Proficient in Big Data and Data Warehousing platforms, such as Hadoop, Greenplum, Talend, DataStage, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Kafka, Flink, and Nifi.
• Experienced in coding, scripting, and programming languages, including SQL, R, Python, Java, Spark, and Scala.
