Job summary

cermati fintech group is seeking a data analyst to interpret data and deliver insights. You will create robust data querying, transformation, and visualization using Excel, SQL, BigQuery, Python, and R.

You will develop analytical reports and present findings to drive fact-based decisions. You will collaborate with management to prioritize information needs and identify opportunities for business process improvements based on data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, CS, Math or Statistics.
• Expert in SQL with ability to write advanced DB queries; Python/R/JavaScript desirable.
• Ability to disseminate data quickly to find key trends and dive deep into data.
• Comfortable with datasets containing millions of rows and creating visualizations in live dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with analytical tools (Jupyter, Python, Hive, BigQuery ML) is a plus.
• Ability to work well and deliver under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Interpreting data and analyzing results using queries and statistics.
• Create robust data querying, transformation, and visualization processes with SQL, Python, R, and other tools.
• Develop analytical reports and represent large data sets visually.
• Present information to drive fact-based decision making.
• Propose and define new business process improvements based on data to impact the business.
• Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs.
