PT IBKUL ADIJAYA is a garment industry company supporting international clients, particularly the United States market. We seek a detail-oriented Data Entry Staff to maintain accurate data records, assist shipment documentation, and coordinate distribution teams.

The role involves crosschecking orders, shipment details, and inventory data, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with logistics and warehouse teams to align physical stock with system records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Experience in data entry, inventory, or garment operations is an advantage.
• Organized, responsible, and able to handle repetitive data tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Crosscheck distribution-related data in the system, including orders, shipment details, delivery status, and inventory records.
• Verify and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data in distribution and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with distribution, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure alignment between physical stock movement and system records.
• Support administrative tasks related to distribution when required.
• Monitor data discrepancies and assist in resolving data issues related to shipments and inventory.
