Data Entry Specialist Coordinator

An insurance BPO company with global operations is looking for an experienced leader with English skills and a growth mindset who sees challenges as opportunities and is passionate to develop their potential and make a meaningful impact. This role enables you to lead a high-performing data-specialist team and communicate with stakeholders in English.

Qualifications:

1. Excellent command in passive and active English – TOEFL score > 550 or equivalent (please attach copy of your TOEFL/IELTS score)
2. Min. 1-year hands-on experience in leading a team or projects or running a business employing more than 5 people
3. A confident & professionally mature person with a strong service orientation – ability to function with considerable independent initiative
4. A detail-oriented person comfortable working with data & administrative works
5. A strong collaborator with excellent communication skills
6. A life-long learner, resilient, adaptable and willing to go out of comfort zone to develop new skillsets and capabilities
7. A problem solver with the ability to find simple and scalable solutions and go over and beyond to get the best outcome
8. Min. diploma/bachelor’s degree of any major
9. Enjoy working in a dynamic environment with flexible work settings
10. You will gain advantage over other applicants if you have hands-on experience in general insurance field or international insurance companies (reinsurers, brokers, insurer/carriers, etc.).
