Job summary

PT NTT Data Indonesia is seeking a qualified Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain reliable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes. The role involves integrating data from diverse sources into data platforms or data warehouses and optimizing SQL queries and data models.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of relevant experience, strong SQL skills, and familiarity with AWS services such as S3, Glue, Redshift, EMR, and Lambda. Banking or regulated industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Data Engineer, ETL Developer, or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Strong experience with ETL/ELT tools, data integration, data pipelines, and data warehousing.
• Proficient in SQL and familiar with relational databases.
• Experience with cloud services, preferably AWS (e.g., S3, Glue, Redshift, EMR, Lambda, or related services).
• Familiar with data modeling, data quality, performance optimization, and batch/scheduled jobs.
• Understanding of banking data, security, governance, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
• Experience working in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries is preferred.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
