Job summary

NTT Indonesia Technology di Jakarta Pusat membuka peluang sebagai Data Engineer untuk membangun dan memelihara pipeline data, mengintegrasikan data dari berbagai sumber, serta mengoptimalkan SQL dan model data secara berkelanjutan.

Posisi ini membutuhkan 3–4 tahun pengalaman, gelar sarjana, dan kemampuan mengelola data di lingkungan AWS, dengan fokus pada governance, keamanan, dan kepatuhan regulasi di sektor perbankan/finansial. Penempatan on-site di Jakarta Pusat.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Data Engineer, ETL Developer, or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong experience with ETL/ELT tools, data integration, data pipelines, and data warehousing.
• Proficient in SQL and familiar with relational databases.
• Experience with cloud services, preferably AWS (e.g., S3, Glue, Redshift, EMR, Lambda, or related services).
• Familiar with data modeling, data quality, performance optimization, and batch/scheduled jobs.
• Understanding of banking data, security, governance, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
• Experience working in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries is preferred.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Desain, bangun, dan pelihara pipeline data serta proses ETL/ELT yang andal.
• Integrasikan data dari berbagai sumber internal dan eksternal ke platform data atau data warehouse.
• Kembangkan dan optimalkan query SQL, model data, dan proses transformasi.
• Monitor alur kerja data, selesaikan kegagalan, dan pastikan akurasi serta kelengkapan data.
• Bekerja sama dengan Data Analysts, Developers, Business Users, dan pemangku kepentingan lain untuk mendukung kebutuhan data.
• Dukungan migrasi data, pelaporan, analitik, dan inisiatif integrasi sistem.
• Implementasikan pemeriksaan kualitas data, dokumentasi, dan praktik terbaik untuk tata kelola serta keamanan data.
• Bekerja pada solusi data berbasis cloud, lebih disukai menggunakan layanan AWS.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain reliable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
• Integrate data from various internal and external sources into data platforms or data warehouses.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, data models, and transformation processes.
• Monitor data workflows, troubleshoot job failures, and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts, Developers, Business Users, and other stakeholders to support data requirements.
• Support data migration, reporting, analytics, and system integration initiatives.
• Implement data quality checks, documentation, and best practices for data governance and security.
• Work on cloud-based data solutions, preferably using AWS services.
