Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Engineering or related field.
• Degree in Informatics Engineering, CS, or IS or equivalent.
• Strong SQL and database development experience.
• Experience with SSIS and IBM InfoSphere products.
• Hands-on data processing with Apache Spark (PySpark/SparkR/Scala).
• Proficient in Python and/or R.
• Knowledge of data modeling, architecture, and warehousing concepts.
• Ability to collaborate with business users and tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Build, optimize, and manage data pipelines for efficient processing.
• Develop and maintain SQL scripts, stored procedures, and DB objects.
• Design data models, warehousing, and architectures to support needs.
• Integrate data across platforms and sources.
• Utilize Apache Spark for large-scale data processing.
• Develop automation for data workflows and integrations.
• Collaborate with users and teams to gather requirements and deliver data solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL jobs for performance and reliability.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security; document procedures.
