Job summary

Diksha Technologies is seeking a Solution Analyst with at least 3 years of experience to join our team in Surabaya. You will analyze business needs, translate them into technical specifications, and write efficient SQL queries to support data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and ETL processes, along with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to drive data integration initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Solution Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong ability to perform data analysis and write SQL queries.
Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS) is preferred.
Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data integration is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
