Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is expanding rapidly in Batam, Indonesia, and seeks Data Center Technicians to join the Infrastructure Operations team through a Trainee Program.
The program blends hands-on operational experience with technical training, mentorship, and career development, with successful candidates considered for full-time permanent roles after completion.

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for Data Center Technicians to join our Infrastructure Operations team through our Trainee Program. This structured onboarding and development program is designed to accelerate the growth of early-career technicians by combining hands‑on operational experience, technical training, mentorship, and career development. Successful candidates will be considered for full time permanent opportunities at the conclusion of the Trainee Program.
Minimum Education: Completion of Upper Secondary Education (High School Diploma, Indonesia's SMA / MA or SMK, or an equivalent qualification).
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Work authorization: Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Applicants must have unrestricted work rights in Indonesia.
Basic understanding of computer hardware and technology concepts.
Basic understanding of mathematical and computational concepts.
Interest in technology and a desire to build a career in data center operations.
Ability to learn technical concepts and follow documented procedures with precision.
Ability to lift up to 20 kg, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces as required.
Ability to work non-standard hours, including weekends, night shifts, public holidays, and rotating shift schedules as required.
