Job summary

Cushman is seeking a Project Manager (Mechanical) to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems in our data centre facilities, ensuring safety and quality across projects.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years in mechanical engineering with 3+ years in data centres, and proficiency in BIM and Revit, plus strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in mechanical engineering, with at least 3 years in data centre projects.
• Experience with BIM and Revit.
• Professional certification in mechanical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical aspects of data centre projects and ensure safety standards.
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure installation quality.
• Coordinate with PMs, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation: progress reports, logs, compliance.
• Identify and resolve installation issues promptly.
• Enforce safety protocols for all personnel.
