Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Data Center Technician – Trainee Program in Batam, Indonesia. Qualifications

Responsibilities

Perform rack-and-stack activities for servers, network devices, and supporting infrastructure.
Assist with server deployments, hardware upgrades & component replacements.
Perform basic break/fix tasks following approved procedures and escalation guidelines.
Install, label, organize, and maintain copper and fiber cabling infrastructure.
Verify cable integrity and support connectivity validation activities.
Monitor and respond to assigned work through approved ticketing systems.
Accurately document completed work, incidents, changes, and troubleshooting activities.
Follow service level agreements (SLAs), operational procedures, and escalation processes.
Escalate issues requiring advanced technical support.
Receive, track, audit, stage, and ship equipment.
Maintain accurate inventory and asset records.
Support warehouse, logistics, and material handling activities.
Follow all SOPs, MOPs and wear PPE as required.
Actively participate in training, development, and certification opportunities.
