Job summary

Damac Properties is seeking an experienced security leader to head end-to-end physical security operations for a data center. You will own security strategy, oversee access control, surveillance, visitor management, and incident response in a multi-tenant environment.

The role requires leadership of internal and contracted teams, coordination with authorities, and close alignment with regulatory and customer audit requirements. Strong vendor management and compliance experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, information security, risk management or related field preferred.
• Recognized physical security and/or information security certifications
• Experience in security management within a critical operating environment
• Data center experience is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Own the physical security strategy and daily site operations for a data center
• Manage surveillance, access control, and visitor management systems
• Lead internal and contracted security teams for deployment and performance
• Govern customer access controls, background checks and after-hours operations
• Liaise with authorities and stakeholders during incidents and major events
• Manage security budget, vendor contracts and maintenance schedules
• Align practices with information security standards and audits
• Maintain 24x7 operational accountability in a mission-critical environment
• Participate in incident response, audits and emergency exercises
