Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience managing operations in Data Centers or critical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, BMS and related systems.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and coordinate contractors.
• Experience with vendors and service providers; strong communication skills.
• Experience in 24/7 mission-critical environments; safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead operation and maintenance of Data Center infrastructure ensuring high reliability.
• Manage and develop a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff.
• Oversee vendor performance, maintenance activities, and SLAs.
• Drive operational excellence through risk management and incident response.
• Manage facility performance, capacity planning, asset management, and lifecycle activities.
• Support budgeting, resource planning, and reporting.
• Build relationships with customers and stakeholders for effective service delivery.
• Promote safety and continuous improvement culture across site.
