Job summary

OttoDigital Group is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex data center initiatives. You will oversee planning, execution, and handover, coordinating Electrical, Mechanical/HVAC, Fire Protection, Civil/Structural, and Architectural teams while ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in project management within construction or data centers, with strong stakeholder management and a track record of delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project management, construction, engineering, or data center operations
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager
• Experience in Data Center Projects is preferred
• Experience managing construction, testing & commissioning, and handover
• Strong experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Experience coordinating consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Experience in live/operational data center environments is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage project planning, execution, schedules, milestones, and resources
• Monitor project progress against baseline and coordinate corrective/recovery actions
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning, and handover
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Electrical, Mechanical/HVAC, Fire Protection, Civil/Structural, and Architectural
• Monitor quality, HSE, compliance, risks, and project issues
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Prepare project reporting, forecasts, documentation, and support project close-out
