We are currently seeking a Data Center Operations Engineer to join our team in Bekasi, Jawa Barat (ID-JB), Indonesia (ID).

1. Candidate should have 3-5 years of experience working in a Data Center environment, with basic knowledge of Data Center components such as Servers, Storage, Network, and Cabling (UTP, Fiber).
2. The Data Center Operator Specialist role involves following the daily Data Center checklist to perform required actions, including vendor coordination, escort support, Business Continuity support, and Level 1 Network/Voice support for change/BAU tasks under SME guidance at the site.
3. Candidate should understand basic Data Center operations and processes.
4. Follow standard instructions given via ServiceNow or Data Center Management for activities like rack & stack, cable patching, server health checks, etc.
5. Assist with racking and stacking of servers during initial setup, working with designated partners for server movement.
6. Monitor physical health status of Data Center servers and record in standard reports.
7. Coordinate with System Administrators for console access and adhere to approved processes in the Data Center.
8. Follow standard operating procedures for banking Data Center operations, consistent across the region.
9. Manage ServiceNow tickets/request for first-level monitoring and escalate as needed.
10. Provide hands-on support during escorting or any physical changes in the Data Center.
11. Support shift work rotation, including public holidays, with shifts from 7-19 and 19-7, adjustable based on business needs.
12. Willing to be placed at a 24/7 site in Cibitung, Bekasi.
