We are currently seeking a Data Center Operations Engineer to join our team in Bekasi, Jawa Barat (ID-JB), Indonesia (ID).

• Candidate should have 3-5 years of experience working in Data Center operations, with basic knowledge of Data Center components such as Servers, Storage, Network, and Cabling (UTP, Fiber).
• The Data Center Operator Specialist role involves following the daily Data Center checklist to perform required actions, including vendor coordination, escort support, Business Continuity support, and Level 1 Network/Voice support for change/BAU tasks under SME guidance at the site.
• Candidate should understand basic Data Center operations and processes.
• Follow standard instructions provided via ServiceNow (SNow) or Data Center Management for activities like rack & stack, cable patching, server health checks, etc.
• Assist with racking and stacking of servers during initial setup, working with designated partners who manage all server movements.
• Monitor server status for physical health and record findings in standard reports.
• Coordinate with ServiceNow for console access and follow approved processes in the Data Center.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures for banking Data Center operations, which are consistent across the region.
• Manage ServiceNow tickets or requests for first-level monitoring and escalate as needed.
• Provide hands-on support during escorting partners or server changes in the Data Center.
• Support shift work rotation (1st shift: 07:00-19:00, 2nd shift: 19:00-07:00), including public holidays, as required by business needs.
• Willing to be stationed at the 24/7 site in Cibitung, Bekasi.
