As a Data Center Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of a high-density AI and GPU data center environment, ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of the critical infrastructure that powers next-generation AI workloads.

You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of mission- critical facilities, including electrical power systems, HVAC infrastructure, liquid cooling environments, CDUs, environmental monitoring platforms, and supporting facilities operations.

Working closely with infrastructure engineering, AI platform teams, vendors, and OEM partners, you will lead operational excellence across a 24x7 environment while ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and service delivery. This is a leadership role for an experienced data center professional who thrives in highly available environments and is passionate about building resilient operations that support cutting- edge AI technologies.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead incident management, escalation response, service restoration activities, and post-incident reviews to minimize business impact and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage preventive maintenance programs, change management activities, operational readiness reviews, and infrastructure lifecycle planning.
  • Monitor and manage power, cooling, and space utilization while maintaining appropriate capacity, redundancy, and growth planning strategies.
  • Coordinate with GPU operations teams, infrastructure engineering teams, OEM vendors, facilities partners, and service providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Drive compliance with operational procedures, environmental standards, safety requirements, regulatory obligations, and industry best practices.
  • Manage vendor performance, service- level agreements (SLAs), contracts, and operational deliverables to ensure business and customer expectations are met.
  • Identify operational risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen service resilience and operational efficiency.
