Job summary

Visi Prima Nusantara seeks a Data Center Infrastructure Delivery Lead to oversee data center construction from concept to production handover. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage contractors, and ensure safe, on-time delivery of critical infrastructure.

The role requires strong knowledge of data center systems (power, cooling, MEP) and proven experience delivering 1–2 go-live projects, with excellent English communication and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing data center infrastructure, construction, or engineering projects.
• Delivered at least 1–2 data center projects through to production go-live.
• Strong technical understanding of data center systems (power, cooling, mechanical/electrical).
• Experience managing contractors and evaluating technical documentation.
• Excellent English communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with build types such as Greenfield or Brownfield is a plus.

Data Center Infrastructure Delivery Lead

We are looking for an experienced Data Center Infrastructure Delivery Lead to oversee our data center construction projects from concept to completion. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams, manage contractors, and ensure that our critical infrastructure is built safely, on time, and ready for live production.

Key responsibilities

End-to-End Delivery: Lead and manage data center construction and expansion projects from early planning, technical review, and setup through to final testing and production handover.

Infrastructure Oversight: Work with engineering teams to oversee critical systems deployment, including power (UPS, MEP), precision cooling, fire protection, and network cabling.

Vendor & Contractor Management: Act as the main point of contact for main contractors, equipment suppliers, and consultants to ensure high‑quality execution and schedule alignment.

Project Governance & Budget: Track project timelines, review vendor submissions, and manage project costs while identifying smart value‑engineering options.

Quality & Safety: Ensure site operations strictly follow safety guidelines, quality standards, and industry best practices.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For:

Proven experience in managing data center infrastructure, construction, or engineering projects.

Demonstrated track record of delivering at least 1–2 data center projects through to successful production go‑live.

Strong technical understanding of core data center systems (power, cooling, and mechanical/electrical setup).

Practical experience managing contractors, evaluating technical documentation, and handling site inspections.

Good communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills in English.

Nice to Have:

Experience with various build types (e.g., Greenfield, Brownfield retrofits, or high‑density deployments).

Familiarity with modern digital project tools (e.g., BIM, Procore) or safety management frameworks (HSE).

Relevant background or exposure to industry standards (such as TIA-942 or Uptime Tier frameworks).
