Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Facility Coordinator Leader to manage day-to-day facility operations on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia, 24/7/365, ensuring SLA adherence in electrical, mechanical, and civil areas. The role requires experience in data center environments and strong English communication.

The candidate should hold a bachelor’s or technical degree in electrical or mechanical engineering with at least five years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
5 years of relevant work experience at data center operator or critical mission facilities.
Extensive knowledge of data center critical systems.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal (fluent in English).

Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance and support to Facility Coordinator Leader for day-to-day facility management 24/7/365.
Support SLA achievement in critical Electrical, Mechanical and Civil areas; incident handling and RCA.
Attend site acceptance tests for critical Electrical & Mechanical equipment (Cx testing).
Prepare monthly performance reports for the data center owner.
Act as Incident Commander during critical operations and provide complete incident reports.
