Job summary

Amazon in Indonesia is offering a 9-month Data Center trainee program within the Infrastructure Operations (Data Center) Team. You will be part of a fast-moving, 24/7 operation providing critical data center support and learning cutting-edge infrastructure skills.

The program evaluates progression to a full-time Amazonian role at the end, with opportunities to grow within the Data Center division. Applicants should be enrolled in school or recently graduated and willing to commit to a full-time

Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to legally work in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.
• Willing to work in a 24 x 7 rotating shift roster, or oncall basis
• Currently enrolled in a school or Expected graduation in 2026/2027 or graduated within the past 24 months
• Less than 1year relevant experience
• The candidate must be able to commit to a full-time traineeship for the duration of 2027
• If you are a current student, you must have completed the graduation and be prepared to begin a regular full-time role should you be converted from trainee to FTE in 2027

.The FTC program is scheduled to 25 Jan 2027- 22 Oct 2027. The period may be adjusted based on the business requirement.

The Infrastructure Operations (Data Center) Team is the backbone of AWS, supporting the rapidly growing AWS business and customers 24/7. We are committed to maintain the physical infrastructure of AWS, ensuring the standards for operational performance in the areas of safety, security, availability, productivity, capacity, efficiency, and cost.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics/Mechanical/Instrumentation/Physic related Engineering discipline
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Interest in maintenance of a Data Centre or Critical space facility
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment
