Job summary

PT Amazon Data Services Indonesia is launching a 9-month trainee program in 2027 for individuals eager to join our Data Center Operations. Trainees will be evaluated for full-time roles based on performance, fit with AWS culture, and business needs in Indonesia.

Applicants must be eligible to work in Indonesia, proficient in Indonesian and English, and willing to rotate on a 24x7 shift roster while completing the program.

You will spend 9 months on the trainee program and by the end of it, your progression will be evaluated to see if you have what it takes to join our successful team and be a full time Amazonian

Basic Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to legally work in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.
• Willing to work in a 24 x 7 rotating shift roster, or oncall basis
• Currently enrolled in a school or Expected graduation in 2026/2027 or graduated within the past 24 months
• Less than 1year relevant experience
• The candidate must be able to commit to a full-time traineeship for the duration of 2027
• In the case you are a current student, you must have completed the graduation and be prepared to begin a regular full-time role should you be converted from trainee to FTE in 2027

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics/Mechanical/Instrumentation/Physic related Engineering discipline
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Interest in maintenance of a Data Centre or Critical space facility
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment
