Artelia Indonesia is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead a confidential Data Center construction project in Indonesia. You will coordinate between the Client, design consultants, contractors and stakeholders to deliver on time, on budget and to the required quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, PM, or related.
• 10+ years of experience in construction project delivery.
• 5+ years in a Project Manager role leading large-scale projects.
• Proven Data Center greenfield project experience.
• Strong knowledge of project management, controls, contracts, and construction management.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.
• Experience in Engineering Consultancy, PMC, EPC, or Construction settings.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out of the project.
• Ensure objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk throughout the lifecycle.
• Establish governance and reporting structures; provide strategic leadership.
• Coordinate with Client, Consultants, Contractors, and Stakeholders; facilitate meetings.
• Monitor progress against schedules and budgets; provide status updates.
• Oversee change management and forecast resource needs.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance on site.
