Responsibilities include stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and robust documentation control to support commissioning readiness and regulatory compliance.

• Coordinate civil, structural, MEP, controls/BMS, fire and life safety, security, and fit‑out workstreams.
• Ensure work is completed safely, to quality standards, within schedule, and in line with project and regulatory requirements.
